My grandpa passed away on April 2nd 2009. Before my grandpa passed he pulled his oxygen mask off his face and lifted his hand up to his mouth.
We thought he was going through pain. But instead he blew 3 kisses to my grandma, smiled, and passed away. RIP Grandpa i love you and You GMH.

A few months ago, my family and I went to have dim sum when we sat by an old couple. The elderly man was sitting across his wheelchair -bound wife feeding her. He silently fed and talked to his wife, ignoring all the people and teary-eyed waitress staring. This man showing me what “In sickness and in health” really means GMH.

Today I heard about a man who was terminally ill and too weak to stand for long periods of time. At his daughter’s wedding, he not only danced the entire father-daughter dance, but he sang the whole song to her: he’d been practicing for weeks at the hospital so that he could remember every word. That kind of selfless and unconditional love GMH
even in tumblr there’s marginalization. sadly, it’s filipino against filipino. parang nakakatawa nga lang yun kasi kapag may mga taga-ibang bansa na gumagawa ng comment tungkol sa atin, sobrang nagagalit tayo, pero sa sarili nating bansa sobra-sobra pala ang panlalait/pagsasantabi/pananakit-sa-salita.
